Daniel Wright: Daniel Wright is the Division Vice President of Community Planning in residential homebuilding and small commercial building with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Mr. Wright has earned two degrees: one in Construction Technology and the other in Construction Management in 2013 and received High Honors. In March of 2016, Mr. Wright opened an Active Adult community in Las Vegas bringing Toll Brothers first of such communities to the West Coast. During the development of this community, he cultivated a passion and interest in the brand and market niche which ultimately opened an opportunity to be selected to serve on Toll Brothers Active Adult Steering Committee. The Steering Committee develops company strategies and provides insight and tools to help divisions start new Active Adult projects across the country. Mr. Wright also enjoys working with The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA), as a Building Director, and is the Membership Committee Chair for 2021 and was Top New Member Recruiter for 2020. Here, he enjoys passing on his experiences and also gleaning knowledge from others.
