Carlos Zuluaga is currently the Vice President of Operations Tri Pointe Homes Las Vegas.

Carlos arrived in the Las Vegas Valley in 1989 and spent four years serving in the United State Air Force with The Red Horse Civil Engineering Squadron at Nellis AFB. Carlos began his career in home building in 1993 as a laborer with Pardee Homes.

Carlos earned a degree in Construction Management from the College of Southern Nevada and currently holds a B-2 License. Carlos is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and as current President. He also serves on the HomeAid of Southern Nevada Board as a Past President.
